I did enjoy my trip to Viena. The hotel is very nice. I will recomend it to my friends. The hotel personnel is very competitive. They did everything to make our stay a wonderful experience.I lost my photo camera and they did try to find it even after we left the city! Thank you very much!!!!

We found the staff very helpful they in the short time we were there made us very welcome and aided in the booking of a further journey we had to do onward to Budapest, also in finding some of the sites to visit in Vienna Thank you for all they did.

Very clean hotel in a great location; just two blocks behind the city hall. Friendly faces, nice breakfast.

Good location - very close to the subway and within walking distance of lots of restaurants and bars. Small room (single), but quiet and very clean. Good value for the money. I would stay here again.

Stayed at Hotel Alpha in beginning of May (also stayed at Hotel Post). Overall great value for the money, good accomodations. We were upgraded from a double to a triple, which was nice. Bathroom was exceptionally large with a full bathtub. Room had plenty of space, and had TV, clock/radio, hairdryer with included 110V converter. May have had a phone but I didn't pay attention to that. Not much of a view, but on a quiet sidestreet, about a 5 minute walk to Rathaus metro stop. Good location. Would reccomend.
